KITCHEN EQUIPMENT Needed
- Small saucepan
- Heatproof mixing bowl
- Whisk or spatula
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Sifter (for powdered sugar)

Helpful TIPS!
- If the cream gets too hot, this can make the peanut butter separate. So you need to warm it.
- When you pour the warm cream over the peanut butter, let it sit for one minute before stirring.
- Of course, if you love your Peanut Butter Ganache to be sweeter, add more powdered sugar or use less sugar or none at all if you want it less sweet.
- If you plan to spread it like frosting, let it sit for 15 minutes before using.
WHAT TO SERVE WITH PEANUT BUTTER GANACHE?
Peanut Butter Ganache can be used in many delicious ways. Since I tried it with cookies and it added a great taste, I would suggest starting with cookies as your first option. You can also drizzle it over a Pound Cake for more flavors. It’s great for topping ice cream as well, giving it a nice creamy, nutty flavor. Brownies or use it as a filling for cupcakes is great, too. Next time, I will use it for dipping bananas, apples, or strawberries to make a nutty, fruity dessert that I’m sure the kids will love.
