White Wine Worcestershire Sauce
Since sauces are a must-have in our refrigerator or kitchen in general, I noticed that my wife always buys this White Wine Worcestershire Sauce from Amazon. So, I decided to make it at home since I know the ingredients used.

She always buys a bottle for $12, but I thought I could make it for less money and also more natural, without all the chemical stuff they use. The ingredients are listed on the back of the sauce bottle, so I decided to create my homemade version based on those ingredients, with a few additions to make it more unique and, of course, delicious.
I used white wine, which can be (dry or semi-dry), both work fine. I also used soy sauce with lemon juice, which I had leftover from my last Lemon Blackberry Pound Cake. Besides that, I added Dijon mustard and some powders like garlic and onion, along with spices.
The preparation is super easy, just like making a smoothie, mix and stir, and you’ll have a nice and delicious White Wine Worcestershire Sauce that can be used however you want.

Ingredients
- 1 cup white wine (dry or semi-dry)
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Step 4:
When the sauce thickens a little, taste it. For extra sweetness, add more honey or sugar. You can change the flavor until it tastes as you want.

Take the saucepan off the heat and let the sauce cool down. Once it’s cool, pour it into a clean jar. Shake it or stir it before using. and Enjoy.
