50 g of butter3 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced3 tablespoons of brown sugar½ teaspoon of cinnamon3 large eggs½ cup of milk2 tablespoons of flour¼ teaspoon of baking powder
Step 1
Preheat your oven at 190ºC / 375ºF. In a small bowl combine the brown sugar and the cinnamon.
Step 2
Take a large bowl and whisk together the eggs and the milk. In another bowl mix together the flour and the baking powder. Gently whisk the powdered mixture into the egg/milk mixture. This will form the batter for the pancake.
Step 3
In a skillet or an oven proof pan, melt the butter, then add the apple slices and 1 tablespoon of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes, until soft, stirring or tossing frequently.
