Peanut Butter Ganache 

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter ½ cup heavy cream ¼ cup powdered sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)

Step 1

Pour the heavy cream into a small saucepan and place it over medium heat.

Step 2

In a heatproof bowl, add the peanut butter. Pour the warm cream over it and let it sit for a minute.

Step 3

You can use a whisk to stir the mixture until it becomes creamy. Make sure all the peanut butter is fully melted into the cream.
