Panera Tomato Basil Bread 

Ingredients

3 ¾ cups bread flour 1 ½ teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons instant yeast 2 tablespoons sugar ½ cup warm water ¾ cup warm milk 2 tablespoons olive oil ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried basil

Step 1

In a big bowl, mix warm water, warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Please wait 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and basil. Mix in chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

Step 3

Slowly add flour, one cup at a time, and stir. Knead the dough for 8 minutes until stretchy.
