4 big tomatoes2 medium-sized red onions2 garlic cloves1 handful of fresh coriander leaves2 hot chili peppers1 lime¼ teaspoon of salt¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into four pieces. With a spoon take all the seeds out. Cut the chili peppers in two and get rid of the seeds.
Step 2
Chop all the ingredients, besides the lime, into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Season with the salt and pepper and dress with the lime juice.
Step 3
Mix everything up and put the bowl in the fridge for a couple of hours so that the flavors can combine.
