Crudite Cups

Ingredients

1 cup baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise 1 cup cucumber sticks 1 cup red bell pepper strips 1 cup yellow bell pepper strips 1 cup celery sticks 1 cup cherry tomatoes 1 cup snap peas 1 cup broccoli florets

Step 1

First, wash all your vegetables really well. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

Step 2

Next, cut the vegetables into thin strips or bite-sized pieces as you wish. Make sure they’re not too long or too short. You want them to stand up nicely in the cups.

Step 3

Now, place 1 to 2 tablespoons of your dip at the bottom of each plastic cup.
