First, wash all your vegetables really well. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

Next, cut the vegetables into thin strips or bite-sized pieces as you wish. Make sure they’re not too long or too short. You want them to stand up nicely in the cups.

Now, place 1 to 2 tablespoons of your dip at the bottom of each plastic cup.
