  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (I used Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra spice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to Make Harold’s Chicken Sauce?

Step 1:

In a pot, pour in the ketchup, hot sauce, vinegar, and water. Mix them up with a spoon.

Step 2:

Now add the brown sugar, honey, and all the spices. Turn the stove to warm (medium heat) and keep stirring with your spoon.

Step 3:

Let the sauce get hot. Then turn the heat down low and let it cook for 10 minutes while you stir sometimes.

Step 4:
