Crudite Cups
This is a festive and nice looking side that you can make for the family during the holidays or on the weekends. I really love these Crudite Cups, they look so cute on the table and taste so good too.

I made these Crudite Cups for the last 4th of July, and they turned out great, What I love most about this side dish is the satisfying look. With all those colorful vegetables in one cup, they look absolutely amazing.
The family loved them a lot, which even made my wife’s sister ask how I made them. So I thought, why not share the recipe online so anyone can know how to make them exactly at home?
As you saw in the ingredients section, you don’t need much, just the vegetables you like the most, and you’re good to go. And don’t forget a dressing or a sauce to enjoy with these Crudite Cups. Believe me, that’s necessary.

- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup ranch dressing (or hummus, or your favorite dip)
- 12 small clear plastic cups

How to Make Crudite Cups?
Step 1:
First, wash all your vegetables really well. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
Step 2:
Next, cut the vegetables into thin strips or bite-sized pieces as you wish. Make sure they’re not too long or too short. You want them to stand up nicely in the cups.
Step 3:
Now, place 1 to 2 tablespoons of your dip at the bottom of each plastic cup.
Step 4:
Start placing the veggie sticks into the cup, one by one. You can mix and match the colors to make each cup look like a rainbow.

Add a few cherry tomatoes and snap peas on top to finish it off. Make sure each cup looks full and colorful.
Step 6:
Put the cups in the fridge if you’re not eating them right away. After that Enjoy.

WHAT TO SERVE WITH CRUDITE CUPS?
These Crudite Cups go perfectly with so many main meals. I love to enjoy them with Clam Chowder because I love that taste of the warm soup and the veggies mixed in my mouth. You can also have them with grilled chicken as a side for dinner, and don’t forget a dip of your choice. I will suggest Ranch dressing, or you can try something like Cookout Sauce or White Wine Worcestershire Sauce, or even regular mayo or barbecue.
