Step 1
In a medium saucepan, pour in the white wine, white vinegar, and soy sauce. Add lemon juice, honey (or brown sugar), and Dijon mustard. Stir it all together until it’s mixed well.
Step 2
Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, salt, and ground cloves. Stir everything to make sure the spices are all mixed well.
Step 3
Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir it every few minutes.
